Shirts
As most of you have seen, we’ve got our new shirts printed up. We’ve got a couple more coming down the pipe as well.
Head on over to the store and check it out.
The Good News
I bet by now you’ve probably heard the good news. Apparently Nothing will be recording our next project in October with Everclear frontman Art Alexakis producing. We’ll be traveling to Portland, OR to record at Jackpot Studios.
We’ve been writing a whole mess of new songs, some of which you’ve heard at our live shows and some we haven’t unveiled (They’re just way too good/new!). We’ll be including as many of them as possible on the new disc while saving room for some of our older songs as well. More on that later!
In the meantime, we’ll be road testing some of the new material and, of course, writing our asses off.
I promise to keep everyone updated throughout the recording process. We’ll be taking a ridiculous amount of photos and video. It’s also possible we’ll have a special blog setup for the very occasion. Just you wait and see.
As many of you know, Everclear has always been one of the biggest collective influences on our band. Everclear songs were some of the first we’d learned to play. Personally though, I’ve been a fan through thick and thin, having been introduced to the band by my older brother in 1995 with their release of Sparkle and Fade. In fact, I own a site called Sparkle and Fade where all my random writings live… It’s still a trip wrapping my head around recording with the same guy who taught you how to sing.
I really want to thank all the fans we’ve had the pleasure of playing for over the years. In many ways we feel we’re recording a debut. If everything goes according to the plan, this album will reach as many ears as possible on a national level. Of course, I can’t make any promises, but I feel like this is the start of something real.
Here’s to doing what you love.
T-shirt Designs?
Hey, leave some comments about these. I know it’s kinda random, but I want to print some new t-shirts soon.

Leave a comment. Or die.
A New Tele
I bought a new Telecaster today.
If you can’t tell from the photo, it’s wine colored. I’ve got a CBS-era Strat neck that I’ll be tossing on this to give it the look perfect look/feel that I want. I grew up playing Strat copies and have always loved an authentic ’70s headstock. This has got a cutoff switch in it that allows me to do some fancy playing. I’ve got to install a new pickup in the bridge as well as flip around the control plate so the volume pot is more accessible. Good times!
It should come as no surprise that I’m selling my Stratocaster. Check it out. Celebrity Owned! Fender Stratocaster MIM.
Oh, It’s On Now™
We just got these bad boys in the mail. We’ve got a bout 200 of them. We’ll be throwing them to whoever wants them as well as selling them for a buck. We’ll get some buttons soon, I promise.
