Biography
Every time im able to play music, life seems worth living. It's music that keeps me entertained, that gives me inspiration to keep on going. I started drums at age 11, hammering it out to classic rock and punk albums, building the chops required to hold a band together. So far, its gotten me where I want to be, creating music with a band that I am thrilled to be in. I grew up in Cross Plains, a small village outside of Madison. Being possibly the most uneventful place on earth, I turned to drums as an escape. In the summer of my freshman year, my friend reffered me to Shekey, as they needed a drummer at the time. The next day, I attended my first practice with the already somewhat established band. Aaron, Ryan, and Jim welcomed me with sarcastic humor and insults, but I felt at home sooner than later, and apparently was what they had needed to start progressing through writing. Overtime, we became the Apparently Nothing that we are today, and I'm still at home, behind my drum kit, rocking out with fans at every show. There is really no place I'd rather be.
